What core value is your favorite?

For me, the "Building a Better Mousetrap" core value is unique as it illuminates the responsibility for all of us to continue to improve the work we perform. By challenging each of us to go beyond just completing our assigned tasks and seeking new ways to improve, we are refusing to remain stagnant in this ever changing industry. We’re exploring new ideas, promoting innovation, utilizing our creativity, encouraging problem-solving, and ultimately developing new opportunities for all of us. I'm exhilarated by the freedom given to each Logician to evolve as an individual and to promote progress within the company through diligent and consistent evaluation or renovation of our work.

What is your favorite thing about your job?

I never stop learning new things. Whether it's business management strategies, accounting, software design, client relations, or digesting RESNET changes I love knowing that there will always be something new for me to learn.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy many of the typical, "born and raised in Colorado" hobbies - snowboarding, motorcycle riding, camping, hiking, kayaking, beer brewing, beer drinking, Broncos football, Jeeping, and hanging out with friends.

What did you study?

Colorado State University - Pueblo, Bachelor of Science in Psychology

What is at the top of your current bucket list?

That's a tie between visiting Machu Picchu in Peru or going Great White shark-cage diving.

Describe your perfect Saturday...

Ah, my perfect Saturday would start with drinking a whole pot of coffee while sitting on the front porch writing the fantasy fiction novel I've been working on for nearly a decade. Then the husband and I would load up the kayaks and head to Red Feather Lakes with our dog, Dexter, for some fun in the sun. After the gorgeous drive home with the windows rolled down, I'd call up some close friends for dinner and drinks, leaving before the rowdy crowd emerges. If a blues band isn't playing at the local pubs, I would fall asleep on my couch listening to a docuseries about the most renowned serial killers (I have a B.S. in Psychology, so it's strictly educational!).

What makes up your family?

Currently, my little family consists of my husband, Zach, our rescue mutt, Dexter, and our two cats, Dora and Ryder. I have no doubt this list will get longer once we buy a house of our own!
