What passions, talents, or interests do you bring to your position at EL?
I bring my energy to all my work. I strive to have a positive mindset in every situation, no matter how sticky it may be. It can be very hard to stay positive in those hard situations but that is where it matters most.
What excites you about working at EnergyLogic?
The people and the work itself. Everyone at EL is incredibly passionate about the work which makes a great environment to thrive. I get excited because I see how excited everyone else is about EL.
What made you want to work at EnergyLogic?
The community. I am a firm believer that humans need genuine connections as much as we need oxygen. Once I saw that EL fosters positive human connection I was sold in no time.

Do you have any unique hobbies/talents?
This may not be unique but I do like to think I am a very competent bike mechanic. I love tinkering with bikes and messing with all those mechanics, I could do it for hours.
If you went to college/trade school/etc, what and where did you study?
I went to CU Boulder for Environmental Studies and Atmospheric and Oceanic Studies.
How would you spend your perfect Saturday?
Wake up early to walk my dog and run around the dog park with him. Then I would go for a long bike ride with no particular route in mind. To top off the day I would meet with some buddies at a brewery for a nice IPA.
Where have you lived?
When I was a baby my family and I lived in Australia then California but we eventually settled in Virginia. I still hold a grudge against my parents that we did not stay in Australia as I was learning to talk because then I would have a cool accent.
What does your family look like?
I am very close with my family back in Virginia. I come from a very big southern family (I am one of five) and even though we are far apart we keep in touch all the time. Nothing is more fun than a random FaceTime or call with a cousin or sibling.
