The HVAC Specialist uses building schematics and details to properly size, design, and commission HVAC systems based on current industry best practices, standards, and codes. We are seeking a Certified Energy Rater to start as soon as possible. Certified RESNET Energy Raters are EnerygLogic’s applied building science experts! Responsible for thoroughly testing buildings by performing blower-door testing, HVAC diagnostics, code compliance and data collection, our Raters are on the ground certifying that buildings are meeting program compliance. EnergyLogic Raters guide our clients to success by expertly helping them navigate the complexities of building energy-efficient buildings.

We are seeking 3 Rating Field Inspectors to start as soon as possible. Energy inspectors earn their Rating Field Inspector (RFI) certification typically within a month of being hired; RFIs are considered Energy Raters in training— with the right fit, we quickly put you on a training path to becoming a certified RESNET Energy Rater, which is a salaried, non-exempt (eligible for overtime) position. Eventually (after proper training), you will be responsible for thoroughly testing buildings by performing blower-door testing, HVAC diagnostics, code compliance and data collection.
