A Partnership for Affordable and Comfortable Living
EnergyLogic is extremely excited to partner with the Greeley-Weld chapter of Habitat for Humanity on their Hope Springs Community. Hope Springs, a vacant greenfield property in Greeley and adjacent to the City of Evans is currently being transformed into a 174-unit Habitat Home Development. The project features an on-site childcare center, a state-of-the-art mini-pitch soccer field, and open space areas. Hope Springs is an ambitious affordable housing community that will ultimately consist of over 600 units of workforce and affordable housing.
Hope Springs Amenities: onsite childcare center, walking/biking trails, new urban design community, playgrounds, frisbee park, walkable to grocery stores, award-winning schools, mass transit, Musco mini-pitch soccer field, community garden, nature discovery park
Innovative and Sustainable
In addition to providing testing and inspection services for the 2021 energy code, EnergyLogic will be certifying the homes under the ENERGY STAR® Residential, Indoor airPLUSTM, and DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes programs providing the residents affordable and comfortable living. Some of the units’ walls will use the latest 3D printing technology leading the way for more innovation in the construction industry. We continue to be proud and committed to partnering with Habitat for Humanity and other charitable organizations fulfilling the need for housing for many Colorado families.
