What passions, talents, or interests do you bring to your position at EL?

I am a good communicator and love to help; being the People & Culture Director gives me opportunity to do both. Writing engaging posts on our in-house blog using my own "voice," seeking initiatives and tools that draw people more deeply into the EnergyLogic culture, and being present for each Logician both as a sounding board and a problem solver, are abilities and passions that I bring to my work.

What is your favorite thing about your job?

The Logicians! I think we do a great job attracting people who have different backgrounds and perspectives, but similar values--people who care about each other and the environment. I have to add that I also love my two block commute and bringing my dog to work!

What makes up your family?

We have two young adult sons whom I think are just stellar humans--kind, smart, and funny. I am super proud of them and believe they make the world a better place.

Where have you lived?

I have lived in a few different places, but the most interesting was Canberra, Australia, where I attended high school. Though I grew up in Virginia with its dense deciduous woodlands, I came to love the wide open forests of eucalyptus, being able to see the deep blue Australia sky through the branches--maybe helped me fall in love with Colorado's aspen groves!
