What is your favorite thing about your job?
I enjoy the opportunity to work on newly built homes! Every time I enter a new home, the structure and layout are always so fascinating.
Do you have a favorite core value? If so, why?
C - Chase Perfection! Always strive for the best and never stop learning. There's always room for improvement, so make sure to keep a growth mindset.
What is something people may be surprised to know about you?
More interesting than surprising, my family believes our last name "Fraire" is French because of the French/Mexican war in the 1860s.
What is on the top of your current bucket list?
I love European soccer, and one day I want to travel to Barcelona to watch the Barcelona team play at their famous stadium Camp Nou.
