Inspection Performance
EnergyLogic’s inspection rates in 2024 highlight the focus we put on precision and efficiency. For rough inspections, we saw a 56.00% Pass Rate, with 24.47% of projects requiring a Fix & Proceed and 4.55% needing Photo Reinspections. The Reinspection Rate stood at 14.93%, indicating areas that required further review or adjustments.
Final Inspections showed slightly different trends, with a 42.03% Pass Rate. For those needing fixes, 13.56% were given the Fix & Proceed status and 2.32% required Photo Reinspections. The Reinspection Rate was notably higher at 26.62%, showing where issues needed attention before final approval.
Additionally, our Corrected Checklist Rate was 15.47%, which reflects the level of detail and follow-up needed to ensure compliance and accuracy at all stages of construction.
