EnergyLogic’s ND23 Scheduling Commitment: Improving Efficiency and Service
A New Approach to Meet Clients' Scheduling Needs and Enhance Inspection Timeliness
Published January 13, 2025
The Challenge of Scheduling Inspections
One of EnergyLogic’s biggest challenges is coordinating and scheduling the hundreds of inspection requests we receive every week. Of course, one of our clients’ biggest frustrations is having their schedule adversely impacted by not being able to have inspections when they want them. This is an ever-present challenge as time is a highly valuable commodity, and having the workforce to meet the ebb and flow of scheduling demands each day is tricky.
EnergyLogic’s Unique Role in the Construction Process
EnergyLogic’s role in the construction process is unique, as we both provide a service to our clients and act as a third-party agent for the jurisdiction and the programs we inspect for compliance. Our services are required before you move to the next stage of construction, but your schedule requires you to keep moving. To help resolve this issue, we are launching a new commitment to our partner’s scheduling needs we are calling ND23.
Introducing ND23: A New Commitment to Timely Inspections
What does ND23 mean?
-
Next Day re-inspections
-
Two-day lead time for rough inspections, including duct tests
-
Three-day lead time for final inspections
Building the Flex-Team to Meet Demand Surges
To accomplish ND23, we have built a “flex team” of our dedicated and experienced rater staff that have moved out of the field into management and other positions. This will allow us to meet demand surges and keep all of our staff on the front lines and in touch with the core work we deliver every day.
