EnergyLogic Recertifies as a B-Corp!

We are proud to announce that EnergyLogic has been recertified as a B-Corp. This rigorous process, conducted every three years, involves a substantial effort and commitment. Over the course of the certification period, the objective is to make progress on various things based on insights gained from the process. We made meaningful progress in several areas and improved our score from 82.7 to 91.1.

Key areas of improvement include environmental efforts, particularly in enhancing our carbon footprint calculations. Also, we improved our governance and community scores. Like all good companies, we’re always looking for how we can do better.

Just as we collaborate with our builder partners to certify homes under various program standards like ENERGY STAR, Indoor airPLUS, DOE Zero Energy Ready, LEED, etc., achieving B-Corp recertification is our way of showing our work and proving to ourselves that we are walking the talk of being a sustainable and thoughtful enterprise. While challenging, we believe this certification is crucial and reflects the dedication our team places on sustainability.
