Navigating Challenges and Embracing Opportunities

After the truly challenging year that was 2023, we are back to hiring and growing along with our builder partners. We believe that our strategy of doing everything possible to keep our staff intact in spite of the downturn has reaped serious benefits in our ability to meet the growth in the housing market that we’ve seen over the course of the past several months. While not perfect, we certainly would have been in a far worse position if we had not done so.

Strengthening Our Workforce for Future Success

We have been growing the EnergyLogic team steadily over the past few months. Like all companies, we’ve also had talented team members move to new positions on the team to both meet our needs and keep them growing professionally. This includes new trainers specifically. That’s especially important as most of our new hiring is focused on our field services team. We’ve hired seven new field positions with a couple more to come. We’re also expanding our HVAC design team as that area grows.

Welcoming New Leadership as We Celebrate Team Milestones

Finally, we’re fortunate to have had several team members stay with us all the way through to retirement—one of the benefits of approaching nineteen years in business! Most recently, our Controller retired, and we’ve hired a fantastic new individual to take on this important role as part of our Leadership Team. We’re excited about the direction he’ll help lead us in the coming years.
