Front Range utility providers expand and improve builder rebate programs in 2021 to incentivize the construction of energy-efficient homes.
The ENERGY STAR® New Homes (ESNH) Program provides incentives for builders to build homes that exceed local energy code requirements for energy efficiency by at least 10%. Homes must be evaluated by a RESNET® accredited Home Energy Rating System (HERS®) Rater.
In 2017, EnergyLogic submitted 2,153 total homes on behalf of our builders to receive rebates through the Xcel Energy New Homes Program.
